Hi, I’m Alexis — the heart and creative eye behind Key Moments Photography.

My love for photography started long before I ever dreamed it would become part of who I am. Back in my teen years, I was the girl with a disposable camera or flip phone in hand, capturing anything that made me feel something — the light through the trees, a laugh between friends, or a quiet moment I never wanted to forget.

Everything shifted in 2017 when I became a mom. That’s when photography truly found its meaning for me. I started documenting everything — every smile, every milestone, every tiny detail of my son’s world. It was through those moments that I realized how powerful it is to preserve the little pieces of our story before they slip away.

In 2020, I finally took the leap and turned that lifelong passion into something more. I began exploring all corners of photography — landscapes, wildlife, families, seniors, and boudoir — and each one taught me something new about storytelling, light, and connection.

Since then, life has blessed me with two more beautiful children, and with them, I found my true calling: newborn photography. There’s something magical about those first days — the way time seems to slow down, the tiny details, the overwhelming love in the room. Capturing that is more than just my job; it’s my passion, my peace, and my purpose.

Through my lens, I don’t just take photos — I tell the stories of love, growth, and connection. And I feel incredibly honored each time a family trusts me to capture their key moments, knowing those images will be treasured for generations to come.
